2. Where Do You Ship Your Item From?

We ship most of our items from the US but We also ship from a number of global locations. Even when we ship from an overseas location there will be no import VAT to pay whatsoever. If you do happen to receive an import bill from FEDEX or DHL please send it to us and we will have it paid immediately.

3. Why Does The Delivery Date Not Correspond To The Delivery Timeline Of X-Y Business Days?

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you’ve placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

In Maximum cases, we have ready stock, but just in case we don’t, it will take time too in this case, we will contact you and will share the information about this.

4. What Is The Estimated Delivery Time?

Our estimated time for the delivery is 8-12 business days excluding public holidays and Sat/Sun.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors too:
The destination to which you want the order shipped and the location of our Store.
Stock availability.

5. Are There Any Hidden Costs (Sales Tax, Octroi, Etc) On Items Sold By Stopxshop?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Stopxshop. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.
