Billing and Payment FAQ's

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit

2. Do you guys charge any extra fees while making the payment?

No, we don’t charge any extra/Hidden fees, the final amount you see at the checkout will be the amount you are paying.

3. Is the payment platform secure?

Yes, we use stripe as our payment gateway which is one of the best and safest platforms.

4. What if my payment got rejected or Failed?

Sometimes our payment gateway radar system blocks a few transactions however there will be nothing to worry about here. You can get in touch with your bank in this case and authorize the transaction.

5. Will I get my money back if the amount got deducted from my bank but shows failed on your website?

In this case, your bank will auto-reverse your transaction within 3 business days.

6. Will you charge my card again after I made the payment?

No there will be no extra charges or hidden charges.

7.Can I use PayPal on your website?

Currently, we are not using PayPal as our payment method.

8. How soon I will get my refund if anything goes wrong?

Once we process the refund, it will take 2-3 working days to appear in your account.

9. Do you accept Digital Currency?

No, we don’t accept Digital currency.

10. Will I get any confirmation after I make a payment on your website?

Once you make the payment, you will receive an email with the order confirmation, and also at the time of shipping, you will get an email with tracking information.

11. Where will my refund go when you process it?

Refund will be done to the same payment method.
